Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kitcha is a subscription-based app. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds on subscription payments, partial-month credits, or unused time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to Kitcha until then.
